New job of Business Analyst (IT compliance team)

We are looking for a Business Analyst (IT compliance team) for a bank in UAE. 
Lead Business Analyst partners with Internal IT teams and Business team for execution of IT requirements of Compliance function. 

• At least 10 years of experience in banks/ consulting firms/ IT companies as well as system implementation around Compliance systems. 

• SAS AML, Firco Trust and Firco Continuity system experience is preferred. 

• Understanding of IT systems and the ability to translate business requirements into useful reports. 

• Implementation of solutions around FATCA, CRS, AML screening, Customer and Payments screening. 

• Understand and document processes relating to Sanctions & Payments screening, AML screening, compliance to mandatory regulations from jurisdiction of operations and other BAU processes. 

• Lead the functional validation and reconciliation of data against source systems. Check information, identify data breaks, and liaise with teams to ensure timely rectification of data extracts provided from different sources. 

• Participate and coordinate with key stakeholders during System Integration Testing & User Acceptance Testing project phases.
