Position Summary:
IT Operation Manager will manage data center maintenance, networks, user support processes, and security systems to ensure compliance with the IT policy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop security policies and procedures to ensure compatibility with the latest updates.
• Analyze report and integrate security into daily business operations.
• Provide high quality customer service by listening and understanding the needs of the users.
• Evaluate and implement methods to continually improve security and assist business with reducing risks.
• Translate business requirements into actionable security tasks.
• Demonstrate extensive mastery of security controls to meet legal, regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Manage the operations of the infrastructure systems related to the servers to ensure that they work properly.
• Manage the technical support unit to ensure the quality and effectiveness of assistance provided to all users.
• Providing backup systems to ensure that information technology staff to provide backup systems regularly and effectively.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in information technology engineering or any related major.

Experience/Skills:

• 5 years of experience in related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (Bilingual)
• Experienced skills relative to security and policy legalities.
• Strong background in information technology with a clear understanding of the challenges of information security.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and fix security risks.
• Excellent presentation skills.
