A major IT vendor is seeking a qualified candidate for a 1-year contract.
The position requires 6-8 years of hands-on experience in providing desktop support in a Windows environment.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting Windows OS, MS Office, and desktop application issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment are a must.
