Position:      IT Technician

Experience: 1-2 yrs (apply only if you have similar experience)

Reports to:  Deputy Manager IT.

Basic JDs for this position will include:
• Microsoft Domain administration (installation & support)
• Ensure connectivity for users and remote support
• Responsible for routing and switching
• Installation & maintenance of software & hardware
• Datacenter and servers management
• Procurement of IT related equipment from vendors & open market
• Stay updated with the latest IT-based technologies

Skills required:           
• Domain administration, networking & Cloud server management
• Antivirus support and portal management
• Emails management / MDaemon Email Server support
• SIP, PBX, Telephone Exchange & VPN support
• Routing and switching (Mikrotik and WLAN)
• SQL Server backups Management & Recovery
• Server and users machines backup and disaster recovery
• Management of Security Firewall (PF Sense)
• CCTV management and support
• Attendance machines support


Location: 18km Ferozpur Road Lahore.
