Need Network Engineer 
Ability to Identify IP Address schema, Subnets,Subnet Mask and perform basic IP level diagnosis. Ability to perform basics of IP Subneting using CIDR,VLSM techniques. 
Perform basic port configuration in SwitchedL2 and L3 NetworkBasic understanding of debug & Show commands inVLAN, STP, VTP, PVST, VRF EtherchannelTheoretical understanding of Bridge, Hub, Switch,Structured Cabling, Access point etc. 
Clear understanding of Monitoring & Management tools like Solarwinds, WhatsUp Gold, Cisco Works etc.
TIS Network WAN(L1)Clear understanding of WAN Network Topology concepts. 
Should be able to effectively use Show and Debug commands to identify and understand network related incidents.
