Sefam is looking for a mid-career level resources to look after all the HR Related tasks of Stitching Units. (Cut to Pack). The incumbent will have an HR Business Partnering role for leading end-to-end HR processes for functions including Recruitment, HR Operations (Payroll, Daily Wages, Piece Rate Payments), Employee Relations & Benefits. The ideal candidate must have 5-8 Years of HR relevant experience preferably in Production Units of Textiles and handling labor. The incumbent must be MBA-HR from a reputable institute.
